Bloom Walks
Experience our farm’s flower fields up close and and learn how to cut what is blooming with Brinton of Boone Fox Farm.
Read more about what to expect at our Bloom Walks!
Bloom Walk attendees will experience first hand the magic of our farm’s flower fields! You will learn how to determine the ideal bloom stage for harvesting different flowers and how to properly harvest different types of flowers that are in bloom. These workshops are perfect for both home gardeners and hobby florists looking to learn more about growing cut flowers!
Bloom Walks give you the opportunity to learn intimately about the flowers we grow here at Boone Fox Farm during different months of the year. After harvesting, attendees will be given a demonstration for how to arrange the flowers they have cut into an bouquet they can take home!
Location: Boone Fox Farm — 1005 Airport Blvd, Columbia, SC 29205

BFF Bundles
BFF Bundles are a discounted set of 4 tickets for $220.
BFF Bundles can be purchased for those who would like to attend (4) different Bloom Walk dates. Perfect if you would like to experience what is blooming as the season changes.
BFF Bundles can also be purchased for a group of 4 friends who would like to attend one workshop date together!
A note on Bloom Walks: These are hands-on workshops in our flower fields. Attendees will need to be comfortable walking on uneven ground in the flower rows, and be comfortable encountering the life that lives amongst our flowers - ie insects, birds and bees! Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing for walking through the fields!
Workshops are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another Bloom Walk date if you are unable to attend after purchasing. Or you are welcome to send someone in your place! There will be more dates released later this year for August, September and October.
These workshops are outdoors, and will have to be rescheduled if the weather is too severe for us to be in the fields. Attendees will be given notice ahead of time if your workshop will need to be rescheduled. Most of our Bloom Walks will take place late afternoon on Sundays, at golden hour, so we will reschedule for another Sunday and dates will be communicated with each attendee one on one. Thank you for understanding!
