Not gonna lie - I was unaware of canary melons and their popularity in Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine until friends of mine that traveled abroad came home raving, and asked me to grow them for their gardens!
So here I am, unabashedly growing these garden starts to help spread the knowledge of the canary goodness (and hoping to expand my own palette)! Let us both give these a try!
