These cabbage heads are layers and layers of light crunchy leaves. Harvest will occur quicker if grown in full sun, but can tolerate part shade.
We were able to make 10+ pints worth of kimchee with only 2 heads of Napa Cabbage last summer! The third head was used to make a slaw. Leaves are large and can easily be used to make a cabbage roll, stuffed and baked.
Watch out for caterpillars and snails inside the leaves!
