Hot Pepper - Poblano
Poblano peppers are on the milder side of the spicy pepper group, but these can still have a kick. I find the peppers to be milder in heat once cooked, but their flavor is undeniable.
Plants can benefit from support in the garden.
These larger peppers are excellent roasted, sauteed, stuffed, you name it. A personal favorite recipe for poblanos: diced raw, sauteed in butter, and then cooked in creamy grits.
Sold in 2.5in pot
